E.  Resolution 2018/02 – Proof of Authority in Support of Received State Homeland Security Grant

 VII. BUSINESS ITEMS

A.  Possible Amendments to the Social Host Ordinance Accountability Ordinances in Larkspur, Corte Madera, and San Anselmo

Recommendation: that Council receive the presentation and provide guidance for possible amendments to the Social Host Ordinance.

B.  Results the Financial Audit of the Authority for Fiscal Year 2016/17.

Recommendation: that Council receive presentation regarding the audit report.

 C.  Resolution 2018/04 - Mid-Year Budget Review and Amendments

Recommendation: that Council receive presentation and approves Resolution 2018/04, amending the Central Marin Police Authority Budget for fiscal year 2017/18.

D.  Results of the Actuarial Report on GASB 45 Retiree Benefit Valuation

Recommendation: that Council receive presentation regarding the actuarial report.

 E.  Strategic Planning for the Central Marin Police Authority for 2018

Recommendation: that Council receive presentation and comments on the strategic planning for the year.

F.  Appointment of the Central Marin Police Council Officers

Recommendation: that Council discuss and announceses the appointments of Police Council Chair and Vice-Chair.  

VII. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION

Closed session with Legal Counsel / Litigation (Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1))

             Pending litigation – Swift v. Woo, et al.

The 2018 Central Marin Police Council regular meetings are scheduled to be held on February 8, May 3, August 2, and November 1, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. in the Community Room, 250 Doherty Drive, in Larkspur.

The Central Marin Police Council holds Special Meetings throughout the year as needed.
